We strive hard to provide our valued customers with the best delivery times and cheap shipping costs:
1. Taxes and Customs (for international orders)
Please note that we will do all we can to help you in avoiding any and all problems with customs but Majesticroobee perfumes is not liable to any custom duties that are levied by your custom authorities. Please make a special request to us so that we can adjust the invoice according to your specifications in order to help you avoid custom problems
However if due to any case custom duties are applied the customer is liable to pay them as Majesticroobee perfumes is not liable and those charges are not included in the purchase price, however keep in mind we will do all we can from our end to make sure you do not face any such issues , as we value you as our customers. We do not however accept returns because a customer wishes to not pay import taxes as that is against company policy.
Please understand when you order from us you agree to pay any duties levied , however once again we will do all we can and agree to what you want in order to make sure it doesn’t happen. However, returns due to not duties will not be accepted and the customer will be having to pay the purchase price, and/or any penalty the customers custom officials may apply.
Every country has a different method of taxing items and most countries may not tax items below a certain value. We advise our customers to research this before placing an order so that such problems do not arise. Finally, any delays caused by random custom checks at our valuable customers country is not our fault and Majesticroobee perfumes is not liable for any such delay caused by customs.
2. Order cancellation, returns and change of mind
Sadly we do not allow cancellations in order once it has been placed as the items are put in containers and it causes us losses. If you change your mind about an item or you ordered the wrong item please contact us and we will try to do all we can.
3. Lost Orders
In case an order is lost please allow us 4 weeks to carry out an investigation, if to no avail we will refund or resend the order according to the customer’s wishes.
4. Shipping delays
We will always do all we can to get the order out to you as soon as possible as we want you to start elevating your smell game within the shortest time but sometimes there are extreme circumstances which we cannot control.
5. Broken or damaged goods
We package everything extremely well and basically we do everything we can to keep what you have purchased safe, if however you still receive an item that is damaged please take a photo of it with your order number and send it to us, we will do our best to rectify the situation.
6. Refused shipments
Please realize when you purchase something from us you have entered into a contract, so please do not refuse your shipment. If however you do refuse your shipment our policy is to keep the original shipping fee plus any custom charges that may be incurred plus 50 percent of the original order cost as a restocking fee.
